I've got NRG polished hood dampers and a black aluminum NISMO shift **** on the way and thanks to JaE35, I should have a pop charger in week or so. Looks like I'm about done with all the cheap mods. Next up is either fixing up the engine bay or new rear bumper and trunk...
I changed my brake pads today using this DIY. https://g35driver.com/forums/florida...placement.html
The only extra thing I needed was a piston pusher tool like the below to push the pistons away so I could get the new pads placed in.

Hey now the 2 piston crap is not all that bad...better than single piston crap caliper...but then again your brembo only has 4 pistons and my engine has 6...HA...i haz more pistons
Here is what I use to compress the pistons on the Brembo calipers - I leave the pad in and either open the brake fluid reservoir (like in the video above) or open the bleeder screw (attached to a drain bottle) and then just start squeezing! The tool already has soft plasti-rubber touch points ... done!

Yes I compress the pistons while the caliper is still attached ... with that ratchet clamp it's super easy and erases the need to pull the calipers off!
When I was switching out my project mu pads for track events I had to find a faster and easier way! With enough wheel clearance, I've sometimes been able to swap pads without removing wheels but later decided the extra 15 minutes to put on jack stands and remove wheels was quickly made up in the ease of swapping out the pads!
