Its newly painted and comes with mesh, will let it go for 400. I dont know how it compares to stock since I have ings sides...

I believe the INGS are lower than the stock sides, so I'd assume the Topsecret front is as well. I know Will has a INGS rear apron on his ride (the original owner of the front and sides) and it sits on his stock bumper, extending it to make it lower.
