SC help...

Kirk, can you help me on this?

I cant figure out what size the damn nut on this is!! what size is it? 19mm wont fit perfectly, but it's the closest.... i even tried all the weird fraction ones...

and what order do these go back onto the bracket? im assuming i have it right, but i cant fig the direction out for #2 and #4, like what side faces the car, and what size faces out.

Check here: http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/...20-010v6.0.pdf

page 6...it's been a while, but look at the other pullies and how they're put together on the mounting plate. When its mounted, it should spin freely yet be secure on the plate. I believe #2 will be concave. #4 will wedge into the center of the pulley if that makes sense with the flat part against the plate..

will, IF i decided to get rid of the sc, what would i have to do about the oil pan? now that it's tapped?

what did you have to do? what all did you replace when you went back to na?

Here's my list:
spark plugs
fuel pump
oil pan spacer removal
intake

If your upper oil pan is tapped, then you just remove the tap and plug the hole. Go to a fitting store and find something that'll rethread into that hole.

If you have an oil pan spacer, then you just remove said spacer and reinstall. I personally had an ARC oil pan, which was tapped and larger capacity, so it took care of my supercharger oil drain.

I also left the fuel pump in there, as I didn't want to mess w/ leaking fuel and that damn fuel pump gasket that gets all squirrly.

I threw my stock intake back on, that had been sitting in the garage for 6 years.

Bought some NGK plugs to replace the colder plugs.

So the first sign of a noisy pulley and you're ready to pull the plug?

Sorry I just saw your post. I believe Will is correct on the order. So twin turbo's next then? So you are trying to go back to stock right now or you just asking how you would?

I just checked mine and 19mm fits good, it has a small amount of play but should be fine.

Yes it is a 19 you might need a 12 point socket if your 19 is not fitting.

so i got the belts on, pulleys are on. no squeaks!! but still have a random misfire..

so i drove the car around al ittle, still giving me a bogging issue when i get on the throttle a little, and also between shifts and also when i go into neutral, the idle drops so low that it just stalls out!!

spark plugs? fuel pump? coil packs?

no check engine light on right now.

Try cleaning out your MAF sensor.
