Can someone explain to me again where the 7 came from? I'm trying to wrap my head around what "Project 7" would actually mean...

If someone randomly walked up at a show and asked me what Project7 means or what the significance is, what would I tell them?

G is the seventh letter of the alphabet but using the number 7 so it can appeal to everyone even if you don't drive a G. Just knowing that it all started with G's.. I guess?

Oh and I like the window sticker of the one with the number 7 on it.. Looks great

So kinda like how 16niss has the 16 for the letter "p" .. hmmm I see how it's working now. I do prefer dfw g club to stay the same as it definitely describes what it is and where we're from.

Earlier in the thread people suggested that we not include G in the name, so that if any of us ever get another car we won't be out of place in the club.

"Project 7" handles this problem.

Also I don't see why DFW G Club would have to die for Project 7 to begin

I was viewing from my phone, so I didn't get a chance to read all of the responses. Sounds like a good idea, good luck!

seventh letter, a new shift from g club (seventh gear if you will),

earlier post: The number 7 (七, Pinyin: qī) symbolizes "togetherness". It is a lucky number for relationships. It is also recognized as the luckiest number in the West, and is one of the rare numbers that is great in both Chinese and many Western cultures. It is a lucky number in Chinese culture, because it sounds alike to the Chinese character 起 (Pinyin: qi3) meaning arise.
