No, the second shot above is a De Tomaso Pantera. They were an Italian design but with generally a Ford 351 motor.

ah, it has very similar styling except for that hammer head front that it has. Where was this at?

Italian CarFest is in Grapevine at Nash Farm. It's usually the first or second weekend of September every year.
