thanks Tek for everything you do and apologize for everything that has gone down as well...at the end of the day its the 4 Tech's....YOU KNOW WHO...that probably started whining to the Service Manager again...which is why my old one left the company.....CREST honestly it turning into a bunch of *****'s for Service Managers and Certain Tech's.......no offense. I actually didnt go do my RECALL that I got from Infiniti on my passenger side Airbag sensor because I dont trust leaving my car there anymore.

^I don't trust Grubbs Infiniti any more either. I took my car in there for the side airbag sensor recall and a couple days later I noticed a note on the invoice. It stated chassis brace loose on right side. No one ever even mentioned it to me. The morons just left it loose. If it was purely just connected to the chassis it wouldn't bother me too much, as I know dealerships aren't big on touching aftermarket parts. However, the bolt was finger-tight on that corner of the brace and it connects to the lower compression rod. That seems a bit of a safety concern and a huge fail on their part by not tightening. There shouldn't even have been a question.

When I called the service mgr, he apologized and just said it was miscommunication between the tech and service writer. no attempt to make it right...just the usual BS.

03' track... Soon to be race car.
I would love to tell you to come here to crest....but I'm the only one who likes dealing with performance parts. I want to do more...hence me helping rob with his cams tonight and tomorrow. I am willing to still work with most of you guys. Just can't do much for you actually at the shop.

I worked at Grubbs briefly and I saw the lack of attention to detail that went on there and I'll just say that I'm glad that my extended warranty let me take the car to a normal shop...

^ That sounds a little sketchy...I'm surprised that they can get away with forcing someone to agree with that as a criteria for working there.

Then again, that dealership is one of the worst in the area in my opinion. They have a terrrrrrrible reputation.
