well are they around anything, if i remember right they are up in the hill country by nothing and that means gettin up even earlier hung over to get to the show. lol

 

the track area where the show is far anyway but i'd rather do close to downtown... resort is all romantic and stuff.

 

plus i'm not paying for anything that's holiday inn or crowne plaza.

 

I dont care whatever it is! as long as there is a bed in a room by myself im good!

Just got back from Imported Performance in La Marque. Now it is time for IFO. I think our hotel situation has already been covered for us, so we will be looking forward to seeing some of the Dallas guys there. Perhaps we could coordinate a roll in with you all when we head to the actual track.

 

How was the Imported Performance event?

 

there are plenty of sweet hotels near the riverwalk. It would be great then can drink and walk. Medical area is north and like 15 to 20 minutes away. There are cool places up there to hang but nothing like the riverwalk. So where you guys staying. I miss oLe SA I lived there 8 yrs..

 

It would be awesome to do a meet and greet. You have my phone number, Lawrence. As for which hotel, Black Betty's wife will be there on business and has a good deal on whatever hotel she's going to be staying at, so we're going to stay in the same hotel as her. I have no fkn clue which one it is though.

The GSP and Koscheck UFC fight is also on that same weekend. So I have every intention of shacking up in the hotel room that Saturday night and watching the event or attending a bar, getting fkd up, and be an obnoxious UFC fan when my favorite fighters win.

I had a lot of fun at the event. A decent amount of cars there and the drifting event was awesome to watch. My first drifting event that I've been to and it was well worth the hour drive to get to Gulf Greyhound Park.

Megan and Stephen at IP did a good job coordinating the event and hosting. If they ever make another trip to Houston, I will definitely attend.

Kevin, once again took home best Infiniti. Danny took home best sound system. And Strictly G's took home best team representation.

I saw a 16Niss Audi Wagon there as well. Do you know him, Will?

There was a 350 that started to drift and lost his tire / wheel.

 

Wow that sucks for the z. I booked a room at Omni la mansion del rio, its amazing how a couple blocks away from the riverwalk changes prices. 2 day stay at hilton palacio on the riverwalk was 400/night, couple blocks away for omni was 250/night

 

as far as konxeptionez comment on the hotel....we are not staying there we are actually homeless as of now for that weekend have yall found anything where all of yall are staying???? this is now only 2 weeks away

 

Damn I think I know that guy..that SUX! I gotta hit him up and see what all was damaged..jeebus...
