Heres a question...
WTF happened to customer service?
Im on live chat with ATT for the 3rd time and Ive called 3 times and talked to a live person becuz apparently some a55hole in the billing dept cant do their f*cking job and send us our bill. Instead they shut our Uverse and internet service off every 2 months and then we have to call in to have it turned back on and pay a $200+ bill
Maybe its me but I go to work everyday and do the best possible job I can with the people and resources I have to work with. I work with some dense salespeople but you know what, I take extra time to explain things to them becuz it will benefit everyone in the long run. I enjoy doing an engineering/management job 100% so it goes smoothly for everyone involved.
Apparently thats too much to ask from about 75% of the workforce today.
Maybe its just the work ethic instilled by my parents... I dont know. Just getting sick of dealing with sh;tty companies lately and their BS excuses and lies
Supposedly( for the 3rd time) our bill will be arriving in 2-3 business days.... YA RIGHT. Not here in 5 days Im calling, cancelling our service and telling them since they cant send us our bill they go f*ck themselves cuz Im not paying whatever charges we have racked up.

Its just ridicuous... and then tonight we sit at Walgreens for 55 minutes waiting for a prescription for the wife. She called it in 10 mins before we got there so we could be in and out!!! WTF takes 55 minutes when the damn medicine is in a presealed package... not like they even had to fill the prescription there!?!?!?!
While sitting there atleast 10 people came thru and either had to wait or some other BS. One guy was sitting in the drivethru picking up his prescription for 15 mins, finally came in and b'tched at them. They screwed up another old mans blood pressure medicine and made him chase half way across town to another Walgreens.
Its sickening how many people cant do the jobs theyre paid to do. Bunch of lazy f*cks everywhere
