Just call and talk to someone. Who is your insurance through? They each handle things differently.

I've called mine and they rock. I'm with USAA and awesome is an understatement. I called and they asked if anyone was damaged, general areas of where the damage was, where the truck was when it all happened, and then they said the following.

"We're sorry for the damage sir, glad to hear no one was injured. Please swing by this shop 5 mins from your house, they will do an appraisal and send us the necessary information so you don't have to. You don't have to get the work done there. Once we get their appraisal, we will direct deposit the amount to your account minus your deductible. Is there anything else we an do for you?"

I just said, nope, you guys rock as always and thanks! Love em!

Fyi: geico and progressive r the cheapest companies out there. They pay the least amount and will opt for used or aftermarket parts. They will cut u a check to u and ur leinholder if u have or or u and the shop that is fixing the car

Man, I'm so annoyed... I tried to get Fast & Furious working for no less than 20 min last night and several dvd player restarts. Trailers played but couldn't get the movie menu for nothin. Settled for Tokyo Drift but not what I wanted. Today... tried F&F just to make sure before taking it back and it works just fine!

Anywho... for anyone that doesn't already know Target has them all 1-4 on blue ray for $13 each right now. I picked em all up last weekend.

Yeah it was all up to date. Just some freak reason it wouldn't play THAT BD last night but would play others. Karma at work. The wife wouldn't let me play it with my son up so I made him go to bed and he really didn't want to (but it was plenty late for him). He jinxed it! lol
