Trying to gauge interest...Engine Detail?

As some of the older members know or have seen, I enjoy detailing engine bays (and detailing in general). Now that the weather is warming back up, I've started to think about seeing if anyone is interested in cleaning up their engine bay.

I am getting ready to order more of the products that I use, but I wanted to gauge the general interest among you guys to see if anyone is interested in having me clean their bays. If it looks like a good group of people are interested then I will need to order more than I normally would.

This is a service that I can provide to any of the local members and many of the members can vouch for the work (namely Twalls and TheDizzle in particular since I did theirs). Examples can be found here:

Twalls:

TheDizzle:

Before cleaning:

After cleaning:

Let me know if you are interested guys!

I am down to help if we would like to make a meet out of it. I know a lot of people are scared to take water to under their hood.

Yea, many people are nervous because of the water (which is an unnecessary concern as long as the proper steps are taken).

Is anyone else having issues seeing the pictures? They were showing up for me a minute ago, but now only a few are showing up sporadically....not sure why.

Interesting...Only the pictures for "After Cleaning" are now showing up for me (even though they are linked directly to my photobucket. I'm in Chrome as well.

EDIT: Never mind - I cleaned up my cache and that seemed to fix it.

Brit, I think you've turned me into a detail freak, along with some other sedaners I know. I sigh every time my car gets dirty. I know where every imperfection in my paint is. Nothing is more satisfying than having a clean car lol.

As for the bay, I generally keep it clean by using a wet rag.

The after pics look Awesome, Sir

I just hope I have a car as clean as yours one day lol.

Might not be a bad idea if enough people are gonna go out there. I could knock out several at once if it works out. I'll PM you price.
