Im still stuck on the fence between Steve and Austin. I have the money for both and in need of a tune ASAP. Just have to get more info. Ill give Uprev a call again tom. and narrow my decision down soon before this week ends. There is another pal of mine who is really interested as well. Timtran is his sn. We are both very dead serious about a tune. I think he will go to which ever I go to (Steve or Austin).

 

No Tim where go wherever I tell him to go! he was with me on our dyno runs at GSS Speed shop!!! OHH YEA! not sure why he wont go straight to Steve

 

Rob, I have not got a compression test yet. I tried 2 places today and they told me 82.50 then call me 2 hrs later and tell me 160. Also called Nissan and they didnt even want to work on it because "I have to take it to Infiniti for their special parts..." I was like WTF!?!?!? Im about to clean the TB here once it cools down.

 

my utech is up forsale and as soon as it does ill be sending rob the money. Oh btw the utech i have has a tune from steve on it with a st on a 350z. Im opting to ditch the utech and get uprev and still go to steve and not t1 either as i dont wanna buy bigger injectors. lol

Oh I forgot I met Steve once before at the intake dyno... Yeah my question is still unanswered. So if I want to purchase the license from Steve could I get a tune later on after I find an exhaust?

 

yes you can get it later, but within reason. maybe a month or so... don't really have a definite date just don't want to abuse his generosity.

 

Yes of course not. If anyone has a nismo s-tune for sale I would get on it right away.

 

why would you want s-tune... that exhaust y-pipe is known for cracking cats/testpipes.

 

I may not use the nismo y-pipe though just the catback
