Lol yea some of my players were supposed to start but didn't and only got a couple of points. That will change next week. S. Smith from Carolina killed it!

^agreed.. You never can tell man, someone could get shut out, hurt, fumble, anything.. All you can really do is put the potential players in that have the best matchups based on who they're playing against and how they're used in their offense.. And then hope for the best..

It's more interesting to me to ensure that my starters get better numbers than my bench.. Because that is more of a decision that I can control.. Can't really control anything on the opponent's side..

This is really really fun to me all ready.. I'm hooked man.. Been looking at the app on my phone checking injury reports and all that.. lol..

Lol I check a lot! As you can tell i've changed my roster quite a bit. Some of my original players that had high projected points got little to no points or didn't even play so I dropped them like a bad habbit! And went with unknown players that got points. My projected was 120 points but I only got 88, now I have 80ish projected points but actual points are much higher. That might be a noob move, but I like basing my decisions on actual points. We will see at the end of the week!

You also have to remember it was the first game of the season.. There have been some coaching changes, and training camp was cut a little short due to the hold out.. Some folks are just settling into their offenses (some new offenses as well) and Wide Receivers and QBs are getting their timing down again.. Don't be too quick to change up veteran first receivers and the lot.. There's a reason they're ranked so high.. It's because of their consistency..

The ratings are just way off. I wouldnt put to I much faith in the projections for the same reasons. If you know the game of football, make your own judgement call

I agree as well.

My defense is projected to get negative points this weekend, I know they are a solid defense so I just keep them in rather than pick one up that is "projected" to do well. Projections aren't always a sure sign you'll do well.
