Torn Ball joint

My front driver side ball joint that connects the lower control arm to the knuckle is torn and makes a mattress spring type noise when I turn the wheel. I think I should repair this, but I am not sure what part to order. Should I buy the whole knuckle from infiniti or is there another place where I can just buy just the ball joint? Also, should I replace both sides or just the side which is torn?

Thanks in advance for y'all help.

i dont wanna be the immature azz who doesnt contribute, but i think Jackus on this forum has torn his ***** at the joint too....

I would wait till someone chimes in, but it should be an easy replacement, might as well do both, esp if you're aggressive on your car and have high miles.

Will these ebay ones fit correctly for an 03 sedan or is some adjustment probably needed?
