New North Dallas mt g37s coupe

Just got a 2008 mt g37s coupe.... My first time driving stick was driving it off the lot. I have stalled everywhere from stoplights to the 635-75 onramp. Does anyone want to laugh at me, or even better, help me perfect my shifting?

hahaha nice man. how old are you if you dont mind me asking?

we have fun on this forum picking on each other (MT vs AT), but that's awesome you went straight into it ***** deep! that takes guts on a pricey car!

and yes, post pics. i'm in the 635/75 area as well. if you ever want more experience, I can always add some guidance to having fun with the MT

@Faiz23: I'll post pics as soon as I stop using all of my free time to drive the car!

@JaE35: ... yeah... they were even more pissed after I almost rolled back into their cars =D.

@ezpotato: Try to withhold judgement... I'm 20. Sure! I have a friend who does some autocross who's going to show me a few things, but at this point I need all the tips I can get.

@r1forever80: who's emad?

hahaha i'm emad, that's who r1 (stephen) is referring to. I am kind of a curb magnet at times ahaha!

damn, a g37 @ 20? I'm jealous! haha
but huge props for jumping straight into a MT, you will enjoy the crap out of it once you're comfy. once you get more comfortable, you can join us for auto-xing, which is cheap and pretty frequent.

Stephen, i'm in town all week man if you wanna go out for a cruise. cept i'm on probation, i cant be too spirited mang.

btw, darkmatter, post a pic!

If you have time for me to drive your car I can explain it while driving to show you better and then have you go at it.

Lol Stephen, I got a good laugh from that post.

Driving stick isn't hard at all to get the hang of. Props on driving it straight off the lot for your first time.

Seems like you're driving it alot so you will get the hang of it pretty quickly.

Welcome and enjoy..

@ez ah, stay away from those curbs. I do want to get into autocross... just need to learn the basics first. Maybe I can come watch. When/Where is the next one?

@lordfap possibly, where are you in DFW?

@hound thanks, I'm just worried about killing my clutch

@deemo yeah, I'm getting better. It's been scary, in an awesome life threatening way. I finally stopped stalling... most of the time, and I can sort of rev match my downshifts.
