It seems that these Sedans are tearing up these tracks! lol Are they just faster than the coupes? Lighter?

They are lighter, therefore will generally yield better 1/4 mile times. The difference is too little to notice in real life situations.
Either that or we are just better drivers.

So... What makes the sedan lighter ? Since... You'd think the coupe would be a good bit lighter. Mine is 3460LBS. full weight.

I would generally think the coupe is lighter since it has 2 less doors, lol.

I myself have been doing a lot of research on the cars and notice the Sedans dominate a lot of the standings. Either that, or the coupes don't get out much !

Im guessing the coupe has more area of glass than the sedan. Winows are larger on the sides and the back window is also larger.

Best run for the car..unfortunately I was not the driver so I wont take credit..but it was my car..I'm still a newb at the track.
The track is Capitol Raceway in Crofton Raceway.

R/T .418
60' 2.073
330 5.859
1/8 8.973
MPH 79.55
1000 11.625
1/4 13.875
MPH 100.54

I do have the time slip. I also drove my car, my best time was a 14.7 with a 2.1 60ft. Its so freakin hard to launch the G, and Im still learning to catch on to the tree and to go off the 3rd yellow and not wait for the green.

update: I have improved my time to a 14.5...yeah only 2/10th.
