The 2011 schedule for Cecil is up!! I know it's early you have a little over a month to get your cars ready!!

I will be trying to get in as many track days as I can due to the fact I may be moving back to Socal for work. Track time there is very, very limited!!

I will be there for the grudge/street depending on the weather the 25th and 4th of Feb and the first TNT on the 5th of March.

The goal I have is to break into the 12's N/A hopefully on street tires with weight reduction. I did 13.147 on street tires only removing my spare and subwoofer. I plan to take out the passenger seat this time around.

I ran 13.5 full weight with slicks in the backseat and trunk.

The other goal is 11's on a 100shot which is already installed I just haven't used it yet.

If you like to run or watch come on out any of those days.

last yr was Feb 26th with the 1st TNT on the 5th of March so I guess the open around the same time every year.

Capitol opened on the 7th of Mar last yr. Hopefully there will not be any snow on the ground.

Are you going to try and make it out one day to watch since you are a auto-xer now.

 

Maybe, but my car won't be back together until probably mid march.

The G ran last yr straight off the hwy nothing removed with slicks in the back seat and trunk 13.5. I removed everything then it ran 13.147. 13.1 4 times in a row so it's consistent.

Have you ran yet this year?

It's about a hr for me, but at least you will get in 10+ runs if you go on Saturday compared to 4 tops at capital. Bring lance with you if you decide to go racing for TNT is 9-4pm.

If you don't go let me borrow your drag wheels for a day until I get my drs in a couple of weeks.

Looks like it will be a bit warm on Saturday (humid too) for 12's, but you never know.

 

Can only hope!! Me and AJ will be going at it on spray and n/a. I just won't have my drag radials by then. I sold AJ my slicks I might borrow his DRs depending on how bad the leak is.

 

No. Last time was last Dec at the NSCRA finals. I was trying a new rear diff (4.08). It was not what I expected but I can't complain since I never had the car tuned. It seems that i run out of gas, like it won't go any faster. Best time was 13.7, 60'@1.9 (YouTube - Myblkg35). Next will be working towards the 12s.. Staying NA though………. Good luck to you...
