11.8@120mph stock motor + twins

Got a new PB last saturday, conditions were epic and I got into the groove. Tires are 26x11.5x16 ET Streets. Turbo kit is a custom AAM GT25 kit installed 3 years ago and recently retuned at R/T tuning. Had a tough time hooking early in the morning (32 degrees!!) but after a few solid burnouts they came to life. Max boost was about 9.5psi according to the EVC. Could of ran more but didn't want to push it with 20+ runs.

Video of the right slip (11.9sec run). Don't have any other vids of my runs unfortunately.

now if I could only substitute the 60ft between the left and right slips, I could have had a 11.7 run . Next season hoping for mid 11's with more practice. Only a couple months before this I was struggling to break out of 12's.

I think your on/off clutch makes it far more difficult. Every 1.6 60ft costs me probably 5k mi of clutch life LOL. I'll be investing in a 2-step before switching to a multi-plate, so I can power thru the bog, you might consider one too.

Holy 60's!

Love how your G just squats out of the hole!

I'd love to run ET streets again one day once I get the wheel hop issus solved and ease up on the shifts. I'm basically rolling off the line instead of launching LOL!

The ET Streets actually resolved my wheel hop issues 100% believe it or not. It was so bad on radials I won't even run them anymore. You need to get them really hot though, I didn't start cutting 1.6's until I got comfortable with long burnouts.

~5krpm. Anything less and it bogs for a second until boost kicks in. I just ordered a 2-step and flat shift module (KP Technologies) which will hopefully reduce launch rpm since I can build boost on the line. Peak tq occurs around 4krpm so hopefully I can launch at 4k and reduce the 60ft even more. The JWT clutch heats up with 5k launches too much but seems to be holding up.

Nice times. Are the ET streets good for both the MT and AT?

Yes if you have to power which you do. I run better on street tires N/A than these due to not having the tq to hook them.

The same day as Djamps I was spinning these thru 1st gear N/A, but on N2o they dead hooked once the nitrous hit.

Here is a vid of ajcool2 pullins a 1.7 on the ET streets 125shot of nitrous. track prep wasn't good due too light rain earlier.

True... I think the added tq makes the ET streets 'squat' and pick up more traction. If you freeze frame my launch it almost looks like the tire goes flat thru 1st gear.
