My best stock was 14.27 @101.3 350ft. asl and conditions were great. low humidity and about 70. That was the same day RugRat got his 13.86.
Since then I've added some power and slicks so I'm hoping for mid 13s, this year. Getting low 13s would be amazing!

Someones gotta keep pushing Rugs to go faster. :D

04.5 coupe 5AT MMode 14.656 @98.19. I ran my car for the first time tonight, a little disappointed on the outcome. i ran a 14.8, 14.7 and the 14.6. I have a Z-Tube, JWT POP Charger, 93 Pump gas, stock 18"s. I don't get why it wasn't around a 14.2-4. My 60' was a 2.36

its all about the 60' times. 2.3s suck. dont feel bad. i ran my car for the first time last week and with 5 runs, i had a 2.24 and the rest were high 2.3s. just work on the launch. did you torque brake?

elevation of track? Ambient temp? Were you spinning the tires? MM or AT mode?

My G sedan auto in MM with INjen CAI helix race pipes and Borla exhaust ran a 14.9@95mph. this was at LACR where the track and track conditions suck.
the alt. is above 2500 ft. temp was 75-80

Best run so far: 14.50 @ almost 96 mph.

Best MPH: 96.13

670 ft elevation, mid-50's, unknown Baro.

Other runs same day: 14.52 , 14.54

Altitude Correction
LACR is 2,710 ft. above sea level.
To figure the altitude factor the formula is as follows:
ET: multiply your et (at LACR) by .97
MPH: multiply your mph (at LACR) by 1.03
This will give you the ET & MPH at sea level.

So, by these corrections, you ran a 14.45 at 97.8 mph.

03' Coupe w/auto 13.5 @107.mph at Ca. Speedway in Fontana. No traction what so ever. could have hit 12's easily with slicks.

Terry, are you going to the next event they have there in March with Alternative Racing? I'm going to try, if I'm still here.

My back tires are about done, so with VDC off my tires would spin out. I really babied it off the line, plan on renting slicks for tommorow night. I did get a better time each time i ran so i feel another night with 3-4 more runs, I should get things down better and be able to post some lower times, hopefully!! Otherwise, MOD CITY, here I come!

This is my best time. Got this back in October. Weather wasn't great--40 degrees at night = no traction. I got this without torque braking, just mashing the pedal. Hopefully this spring, when the weather is better, i'll be able to actually launch the car and hit low 14's.
