New G35 Transmission-need info

I know this has been hit on a million times all ready from what it looks like...but I just got my transmission, flywheel, and clutch replaced under warranty at 36k miles because it was grinding going from 5-6. I picked the car up today and the first thing I noticed was that there was a significant engine bog going into 1st gear. I never had a problem with my old clutch or tranny and was wondering if it is something that needs to be broken in or might be wrong with it. I went out in a parking lot and messed around for 30 min and could hardly get a smooth start...pretty frustrating considering i had mastered my car before today.

Transmission Assy 32010-CD009
DISC ASSY - CLUTCH 30100-CD019
FLYWHEEL ASSY 12310-CD001
COVER ASSY-CLUTCH 30210-CD020

Thanks for the help

Did you ever figure out what was causing this? I'm going to pick up my 6MT with 37K in a few hours (just had the original tranny/clutch/pressure plate replaced under warranty).

I'm curious about what to expect and how to deal with any potential changes...

Thanks,
B
