Steel clutch line - good or bad?

Which should I get? The one from AAM or SGP Racing?
Is this the same thing ?

Benefit-better shifting, because there will be no loss of hydraulic pressure due to expanding rubber line.
I had it on the previous car and it really improved shifting.
$70 is too much to pay for it,
try Z1auto.com, they have it for $29

alot of ppl including SGP will give you one if you buy a clutch from them.
ask me how i know..lol
