Clutch/Tranny service ?'s- advice needed

Newbie here.... I just bought an 04' sport coupe 6mt with 40k two months ago, and wanted to get your guys opinion before I bring it in for service. (Im on this site 24/7 and I am very familiar with the search function) I have the infamous clutch/tranny chatter that many have ... its not a bad chatter, but I get the usual symptoms: during idle-louder than normal activity with clutch peddle out, goes away with clutch peddle in; slight chatter under 1k rpm when starting off in 1st/2nd. The clutch does not slip when I put it in 6th and mash the gas at low rpm... and I have no grinding or serious clunking when going into gear, but my clutch does release high. Im pretty sure it has the original clutch... and it chatters worse after some spirited sprints or long drives. I noticed that the peddle pressure has decreased over the past month, and it seems as if the rpm's are falling just a little too fast between gears (TOB?). Also, the diff might whine a little as it is warming up, but nothing major, and goes away shortly after. My questions are:

1) is it the throwout bearing that is rattling on the input shaft that is making that noise? Shift fork?? Will grease quiet it?
2) Is it the clutch plate/ pressure plate that is making the rattle?
3) are my synchros ok? is my tranny ok?
4) Will a tranny fluid flush help quiet it down.

I know this chatter is considered "normal" , but this has been buggin me since I bought the thing ... can you guys help me out and give me some peace of mind. Any advice would be greatly appreciated since I am bringing it into the dealer in a week.....Thx

My '04 chatters also. I would say it's normal. As long as the car drives and behaves as it should, no need to worry. You can always mention it to the dealer and see what they say. I replaced my MT fluid and my tranny still rattles and shifts notchy. I think it's just the way it is. See if the dealer has any used '04 6mt coupes available and test drive that to see if it is the same.
