What Fluid for Transmission and Diff??

Going to be changing my tranny and diff fluid soon and was wondering what was the best stuff to use. My car is a 2003 6mt sedan. I've heard good things about redline and royal purple. What weight fluid should I use. How about Mobil 1 stuff. Thinking about Mobil 1 cause I can pick it up at my local parts store and easier for me to get then redline or royal purple. I've owned a few Honda's in the past and always stuck to the OEM stuff as I've heard it was the best, is this the same for G35's as well?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Keep in mind as well that I live in Toronto Canada. It gets really, really cold for a few months of the year. What about Mobil 1 Synthetic 75 - 90??

There should be a list of the oils that our G's need, the required quantities, and some recommended brands. (come on someone )
