What Amsoil fluid to use in Tranny and Diff??

Just wondering what Amsoil product do I need to use in the Tranny and Diff of my 2004 6 spd Sedan? Thanks in advance for the help.

bump! i have the same question, going to do a complete tune up this week on the G and was wondering what you guys recommend.

Amsoil, Redline..... I don't think it really matters as long as you use an API GL 4 oil with a weight around 75W-85. Just don't use a GL 5 oil.
