klubb dont do it... I've met u a few times and honestly track a car with gears settings like this.. you spend more time shifting then mashing x.x do a back to back run with a car with gears and ur stock G.. >.<

yeah its a big main gear that drives the two spider gears..

Do it, man. I looked at that linked thread and those 4.08s look like the ideal gear with a 7,200rpm limiter (~107mph). That means you should be coming across the finish line in the meat of 4th which is perfect. With a fairly short 1st, you might want to consider some sticky rubber. You really should take advantage of all that torque multiplication with a nice set of 26" slicks on 15" rims.

This shouldn't void warranties... The dealer wouldn't even know unless they race your car or something.

ha ha... but an educated dealer tech who drives my car in first from the front of the office to the garage will be able to tell that its different... Iono... i get over paranoid about my G lol... so... anyone know good shops around Sacramento, CA that can do this work? Dont really care if they charge a little more as long as they do good work...

Yea, this should be done beginning of next year. WE will see how it goes.

You'll be fine. I talked to an couple of people who have had this modification for a while and took it to the dealer countless times. No problem at all, he also does premium service every visit. As do an couple others.

As for the installation, try hitting up the regional forum on My350z, that is how I found the shop I brought my car to. Good luck!

Sounds like a pretty good modification, LOLLY did you go with the stage 2 install kit or stage 1????

It's an great modification. I don't regret one thing about it! I went Stage 1, my G only has 5k miles!

nope, doesn't actually fit..different gear thicknesses
