Clutch Slipping, other problem besides clutch wearing out?

Ok so my clutch is slipping I believe. I've had a few other project cars 240sx's and such, but my g35 is pretty much stock, and my daily driver. I noticed lately that when I shift gears, i'll floor it after the shift and I'll feel it slip and then catch, its not really abrupt but I can see its subtly starting to happen.

My question is, is there anything else that can cause clutch slippage?

I think i'm overdue on a tranny fluid change, but not that overdue.

Problem with the MC and clutch engagement? I dont' have any pedal issues.

Anyhow, whats the average cost to have the thing replaced, i.e. how many hours and then parts cost? I am considering a act street strip if I replace, what about an OEM plate?
