OK soo i need to see what you guys think of the problems below and if the dealer should fix it under warranty.

2005 g35 coupe Manual 57K miles

1.) in 2nd thru 6th, going any speed, lets say 3000rpm...if you hit the gas to the floor, it will surge to say 4500rpm, then drop to 3500rpm, then quickly start climbing like its engaging...its almost like it grips for a second, then slips briefly, then re-engagings... after it surges, it goes back to speeding up like normal.

2.) I tried to fill up with gas at two different pump stations...the damn thing fills up with like 1-2 gallons of gas then the lever pops... someone mention if could be a plugged up pressure release sensor or something...anyways, i have to hold the gas trigger like half way to 1/3 way and drip the gas in...took like 10 minutes to fill up......i did a search and saw that i can just clean the vents or fiddle with stuff but seems like i should just take it in


So what do you guys think?

 

I actually had the exact same issue with the gas pump on my G, i believe they replaced one of the pumps, it would be hella annoying though cause i would try to fill it up and after like 1 gallon or 2 it would pop, and pieces of ****s civics next to me would look at me like an idiot lol. But mine is at the dealer right now for another issue on the fuel gauge cause when i fill it up it wont go pass half a tank, its the 3rd time i take it in once at 20k with previous owner, second at 70k with me and now at 82k with me again. This time they are telling me that everything is working when they raise the sending unit manually or whatever its called but when they put gas it only reads half a tank. They told me that they have no clue whats wrong, i just wanna know what they will do if they cant find the issue and they say they cant fix it. If anyone has a slight clue let me know. I have some DC headers and APS test pipes at my house and im getting pissed cause i cant install them.
