Degree of difficulty in swapping out flywheel?

To those who have changed their flywheel for a much lighter one, how difficult was the install? As far as labor charges, how much should I be looking at (what's the range normally?) Thanks guys.

It's about a 5 hour job to drop the tranny and replace the flywheel/clutch. IMO, if you're going to replace the flywheel you should have the clutch replaced at the same time.
