Powertrain hesitates

Need a lil advice here and some feed back.. I notice some time when i put the car in gear it makes a hard shift.. like a noise.. Also, does anyone else car accelerate like a slow snail instead of a fast rabbit . It kinda feel like the car hesitates Not sure if anyone else has notice this.. i have a automatic so i guess that might make a difference, but i have been in other cars that don't hesitate

Not sure about the noise, but as for the acceleration bit... do you leave on VDC while driving? Turn it off and mash the gas. Huge difference between on/off.

The wheels will be slowing you down. The sub slows you down some too. Also florida air tends to slow them down except for right now.
