Post 4.083 gears for my 5AT - Nissan part #?

Hi there.

I am looking to get the Nissan 4.083 gears for my 2003 G35 5AT coupe - it has a 3.5 VLSD pumpkin.

I have tried searching, but can someone please confirm the Nissan part # for these?

I know they come out of this:

Nissan Frontier
2005-2007 King Cab M/T 2.5L
C200
4.083

And I have also seen this listing for them on line.

If someone could please confirm the Nissan part # for these it would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

The part number of the gears is the least of your concerns at this point. You should further research final drive gearing on My350z.com before making this purchase. If you have a 03 5at your fd is a 3.3 not a 3.5 therfore a 4.083 would be way too short. 3.7 is a more common upgrade for the at guys...

Thumbs up

As stated above, I have a 3.5 VLSD pumpkin.

FYI, the part # is 38100-0C760. I ordered it today!

post up your impressions and how much did everything run you? I have a 3.5 pumpkin in my 5at also and I'm thinking about upgrading my FD.

Will do! I have pretty much all the same types of bolt-ons + Osiris as you do.

I also had the Transgo kit installed so the thing is pretty crazy now with both at the same time. I only drove it back from the shop last night, and I usually drive the wife's stock(er) G35 on the weekends.

I haven't had the chance to fully open her up yet, but so far... Wow. Two hands are needed on the wheel. The shifts remind me of my friend's 911 turbo... but not quite the acceleration.

My impression is just wow, wow, wow...

Drivability under commuting conditions is fine, and when you're ready to be aggressive, be ready!

The Transgo + 4.083 combo is amazing. And I can officially say that my car is quicker than a modded 911 turbo to 80.

Just sayin'...
