Currently my car tops out at about 150mph, but im at only 5k rpms. I think im running out of gearing or it has some kind of limiter on it. can anyone shed some light on how to get past this limit?

Put a chip in it. It will overide it...mine does the same thing, these motors will do 180mph...

Will it still keep my turbo tuned? or can i tune my turbo with it?

 

cobb access port or a reflash from one of the tuner shops (search technosquare,osiris,reflash) will eliminate the speed limiter. there's no such chip you can buy to do it.

edit: that thing you posted sounds like it does nothing.

 

ah okay, looks like an AP is the way to go then
