3.3 to 3.7 question

I have an 06 coupe 5AT. Im looking to replace my stock 3.3 differential with a 3.7. Someone told me that I was going to need a bigger housing (pumpkin). Another person told me that my stock housing would be just fine. So far i have been getting contradicting information. Can anyone help break this down for me. Thanks.

No you don't need a bigger carrier. I'm not even sure a R230 unit would fit anyway
