How bad is it to ride in manu-matic?

I drive my car in MM mode almost all the time and I've never had any problems with it. And go with Sean's (SxExCx) grounding kit, you'll feel a big difference in shifts .

this is my car in MM. I've got the Stillen Grounding kit which makes my shifts a lil smoother but I'd like to make them a little quicker. Especially when I add boost
