how hard would this be to install in a 04 sedan with 3.3 open diff. would i need to buy anything else?

 

well taking pumpkin off isn't hard but swapping the ring and pinion will require some special tools like a press. you will need install kit one from adam At z1 At the least which is about another hundred and also a Vlsd which you can find for cheap. Dont pass up on this deal!!!
