Are the flywheel bolts torque to yield bolts?

The bolts that hold the flywheel to the crankshaft: Are they torque to yield bolts that require replacement each time they are removed?

Yes, I have checked the FSM. I didn't see anything about the bolts at all unless I just missed it, but have heard they must be replaced. I wanted someone who's done the job and who knows to confirm that or direct me to where the information is.
