03 Gsedan AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION HARSH SHIFT WITH DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE P1716

Hi guys,
Just wonder if anyone can help me with this, recently the engine light went on and i check with my mechanic,he told me i have a trouble code P1716 which is indicating harsh shifting. I google around and dig around the forum doesnt seem to find any solution about this issue. please help me with this thank you.

idk if there is a tcm reprogram, but if not....hows your trans fluid? but it sounds almost like a valve body to me.

fluid change light still ON, bought it to a local transmission guy and told its the turbine sensor, and he quote me 2k for the repair, let me know if you guy have any better solutions thanks

Have you recently driven through any large puddles/heavy rain?

Does it shift erratically all the time?
