do i just take those 2 peices out of my 3.3 pumpkin and swap those in? or do i need more parts to make it work? does it make a difference if i have a open rear end?
No, it does not matter if you have an open rear diff. You would have to remove the stock 3.3 gears and have the new ones installed and shimmed correctly.

Yes. It would work. Call around and ask local shops. It would have to be properly shimmed.
