Angry Clutch Pedal ...normal?

This has happened to me in my 05 6MT coupe and my 07 6MT sedan. If I decide to jump on my car, especially at a stop light (burn out), 9/10 times, my clutch pedal stays on the ground and slowly comes up. This prevents me from slamming the car into 2nd gear.

I have read through some postings and found references to dirty clutch fluid and something about a restrictor.

My car only has 27K miles and the fluid is CLEAN. Is there a restrictor in the clutch line that prevents the fluid from coming back up squickly? If so, is here a way to mod or eliminate this?

In my previous Mustang life, I LOVED burning 1st, dropping into 2nd, spinning through 3rd. I miss that in my G. Makes me think I should have bought an auto paddle shifted G.
