Will This Transmission Work??
Does anyone know if a 2003 g35 5AT transmission would work on a 2004.5?
The reason I ask is because I have a built automatic 2003 transmission, my car is a 2004.5. Both trannys are RE5R05A models but on the 2003 the Transmission Control Module is under the dash, on the 2004.5 the TCM is built into the valve body. Is it as simple as putting my 2004.5 valve body on that 2003 tranny or do I need a whole new tranny?
It would no doubt help my pockets if I could keep the transmission that I have...
