Those are the part numbers for the full axle assembly. You have two rear axles.

I need part #38220+A to do me VLSD swap. Am I correct? The "flange assembly"?
Everyone keeps calling it the axle shafts so thought it wws called that.

 

it is sometimes called a flange; the factory parts manual calls it a flange as well...I just call it an axle flange myself...and yes you will need both as the base and VLSD pumpkins have different axle flanges...
