I recently purchased a 04 coupe 6MT 100k, driving it down a mountain I stalled it pretty hard.

Since than the car will make a whirling noise when the revs are high and pushing the clutch in, if I keep it in neutral and push the clutch in and rev it, it will make a grinding/whirling noise.

when trying to drive spiritedly, the car will make a rubbing/whirling/grinding noise after I shift, and as I am releasing the clutch.
the car does not grind as its going into any of the gears, just after, as if it is not fully engaging/disengaging
