Competition or Southbend?
It's time to replace my stock clutch and flywheel and looking for help. I've narrowed the options down to either:
1) Southbend Stage 1 Rally kit w/ Southbend flywheel (24lbs)
2) Competition Stage 2 kit w/ Comp lightweight flywheel (18lbs)
It's for my 04 coupe that's my DD. No track, just spirited driving around town. A few bolt-ons and no plans for FI. I want something that's a bit of a step up from the stock setup and will keep the chatter to a minimum.
Anyone have experience with these setups? How's the pedal feel compared to stock? How's the chatter? I've read some good things about both and am torn btwn which to go with. Any help is appreciated.

lmk which one you decide to go with. i also want to change my clutch and flywheel setup. i have stage 0 exedy clutch and flywheel combo and i'm not pleased with it although there's no clutch chatter, the drone is crazy loud in 3rd and 4th gears.

So I ended up going with the southbend setup. And I have to say, I absolutely love it
The thing feels great. Engages low. Easy on the leg, Even the guys at the shop loved it and said they're gonna look into carrying southbend. And based on the chatter I'm definitely glad I didn't go with the lighter comp flywheel. It's not bad, but definitely noticeable and takes some getting used to. Any more than this and it would drive me crazy. I'd definitely recommend this setup if you're looking for a clutch/flywheel upgrade and don't want much chatter.

Bah! I was stoked* on getting my southbend because it wasnt supposed to chatter. Does it feel like it's an improvement over stock?
