Also it doesn't save any weight over stock? Won't reduce turbo lag I'm guessing?

The pedal feels stiffer than stock but once you get used to that, street driving isn't bad at all. It will not do anything to the turbo lag.

Turbo lag will come down to what kind of turbo charger you have, and what your using for the management. Not really your clutch.

I'm not specifically referring to the clutch, I'm speaking of the flywheel weight.

All OS Giken clutches come with a matched flywheel, that's one of the reasons they work so well
