Weird clicking/whirring noises on startup

Hey guys...first post...be gentle.

I bought a used 2006 G35 Sedan, Manual Transmission back in May. No problems until now...absolutely love this car! Right now about 78k miles on the clock.

So when I started it this morning and I backed out the garage, when I was idling I hear this strange clicking/whirring noise. The only thing I can compare it to would be like on the price is right, when they spin that huge wheel, and the clicks you hear as the wheel spins and the arrow points at the dollar amounts. I know...first thing that came to my mind.

It makes the same noise as I'm changing gears from 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. I accelerate, depress the clutch (noise occurs), change gears, accelerate, and the noise disappears.

Even with the noise there is nothing else to indicate anything is wrong. Shifting smoothly, everything else works great.

Now all noises completely stop as soon as the car is warmed up.

I've done a lot of searching and have seen all kinds of solutions like throw out bearing, fluids, clutch, etc. Was hoping someone could help me out!

Thanks!!
