Transmission fluid

Hey I guys I got a 2003 g35, it has a 114,xxx miles and I can confirm that the previous owner never had the fluid changed. So my question should I do a fluid flush or just drain and fill. I'm very confused on what to do. I searched and read through all the threads regarding it, but all it did was get me confused. So I need a straight answer flush or drain/fill. I'm also hearing some sort grinding noise after start up and drive, but I only once after every start and drive.

Id say just a drain and fill why risk it. As for the tranny flush at 50k i think it would still be safe. But thats just me lol
