I upgraded to the latest Rev 3 so I no longer need this. This does not have the revised clevis fork. I did inspect the fork for cracks and did not see any, so it's up to you if you want to buy the $28 retrofit kit from RJM.

It was used for about 5k miles and was still working great when I pulled it out. All parts and hardware are included.
