So when I push in the clutch pedal I get some weird loud noise and a vibration in the pedal and shifter (more than just the normal vibration), not quite sure how to explain it. I don't think its a grinding noise, more like a repeated slapping noise. I can try to get an audio clip tomorrow but I think my exhaust will drown out any sound my phone picks up. Anyway, it only happens when I push the clutch in and goes away when I let off. Sometimes it will go away if I let off and immediately push back down. Also tends to go away completely once warmed up.

I'm kind of at a loss for what this is at the moment but it is really annoying me. I have no RPM slippage, and I can move from a stop in 2nd and 3rd with ease. Haven't tried the other gears at all.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I just moved and don't have a garage to work out of just yet so I'm dreading dropping the tranny out in the apartment parking lot.
