JWT Clutch Users, Need Response Fast!

So, I have to get a new clutch, but I have two questions. I am most likely getting a JWT, since it is hundreds less than an ACT, and I want the improved performance. First off, how noticeable is the performance with the JWT? How does It compare to ACT?
Also, does the JWT Clutch and Flywheel combo include a release/throwout bearing? Cuz I was told mine Is bad... Or do I have to order it separate?

1. The difference between OEM and JWT is noticeable.
2. I've never had an ACT clutch, so I don't know.
3. I don't know if the release/throwout bearing was included since I had a shop do the work. But, I believe it did.

Good luck.
