Opinion on ATS twin plate carbon lutch

Hello fellas,

I'm currently running a Greddy TT setup with 461whp & 445wtq. My current JWT is starting to slip and looking to upgrade to something better. Something that would also hold more power when I decide to go over 550whp.

I found a used ATS twin plate carbon clutch for 550 CAD (400~USD). Seller doesnt know how many KM on the clutch however he said it came off his friends N/A built VQ35.
Pictures of the clutch below. Anything missing or damage that you can help me point out before I send him the funds?

Below are all the pictures he sent me.

Thanks in advance

Personally I wouldn't buy a used clutch for a 550+HP vehicle especially if you don't know it's history. There's a time and a place to save money but for me this isn't one of them.
