So I finally pulled my G35 out for a wash and after that was done it wouldnt start. Would try to turn over but seemed like there was no fuel beyond cranking. Tried to start this morning 14hrs or so later still no start, 3 hrs later start and drove w/o issue.
What could have gotten wet to cause this issue 1 and how would I prevent it again 2

Consider checking engine codes.

 

Did you wash down the engine bay or was the hood closed the entire time.
