I just purchased a DSS 3.5in one piece aluminum driveshaft for my 03 coupe. I was looking to see what people use for a safety loop. I don't see any threads on this!! i was thinking about buying a universal one and chopping it up or drilling into the chassis to mount this, possibly to the subframe?? any pictures or suggestions would be nice, I doubt my stock g35 will twist the driveshaft but i would like that extra security!

 

You are overthinking this. It's a G35 not an LS motor.
